Silverspur Pond Repair & Maintenance
The HOA has entered into a contract with Burrey Aquatic Restoration for much needed repairs and maintenance work on the large stormwater management pond off Silverspur Drive. Mechanical algae removal is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, June 24, 2025, and will be done twice monthly to remove algal overgrowth. See our Ponds & Greens page for more information about the upcoming work.
Need a Pool Fob?
Pool fobs have NOT changed so if you have your pool fob from last year, it will still work! If your fob no longer works or you lost it, or you are a new owner or renter who did not receive a pool fob when you moved in, please contact us so we can issue you a replacement. Just visit the Pool & Playground page on our website for details and click the Request a Pool Fob button.
Mosquito Spraying
The City of Marysville sprays weekly for mosquitoes along the Jim Simmons Trail on Wednesdays at approximately 10:00 PM. For more information about this program, please contact Parks & Recreation directly. For information on what you can do to avoid mosquito bites and stop mosquitoes from breeding on your property, see the Ohio Dept of Health Mosquito Info page.
HOA Facebook Page
For those residents who prefer to get their news on Facebook, we created a Facebook Page for your convenience. Don’t use Facebook? No worries! All HOA information will be posted on our website or sent via email first.
