Community Pool FAQs

  • The pool is open daily during the summer from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, weather permitting.

    • All bathers must shower before entering the pool.

    • Bottles, glass and other hazardous objects are prohibited within the pool area or bathroom facilities.

    • People who appear to be afflicted with cuts, skin disease, communicable diseases, colds, fever, infection or other physical ailments are prohibited from entering the water.

    • No spitting or bodily fluids in pool.

    • All children in the pool area must have adult supervision.

    • No person shall bring or throw into the pool, walkways, aisles, or locker rooms, any object that may in any way endanger the safety of any person.

    • No diving is permitted into the shallow area of the pool.

    • No running.

    • No rough play is permitted in the pool area except for supervised water sports.

    • Any person suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited from entering the pool.

    • Consumption of food, beverages, and tobacco products in the swimming pool is forbidden.

    • All animals with the exception of guide animals for the handicapped are prohibited from entering the pool area.

    • The pool will close during any severe or dangerous weather conditions.

    • Any person age 13 or younger must have an adult present.

    • You must have your pool pass to enter.

    • COAST GUARD APPROVED floatation items only.

    • No face masks, snorkels or inflatable armies.

    • No glass bottles or cups.

    • No smoking or vaping

    • Please limit guests to 4 per household.

Pool fobs have not changed so if you have a pool fob from last year, it will still work!

If your fob no longer works, please check to make sure you have paid your HOA dues for the year. Our management company deactivates pool fobs on overdue accounts.

If you lost your pool fob, or if it no longer works but your account is paid in full, click the button below to request a replacement. Please note that your old fob will be deactivated and a $5 fee charged to your HOA account for the new one. One fob per property.
